Job Description

Position: Chief of Human Resources
Location: Tilganga, Kathmandu

The Chief of Human Resources will be responsible and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The role requires strong leaderships, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
Lead recruitment, talent management, and succession planning
Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
Drive organizational development and culture-building initiatives
Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations

Requirements:

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fled
Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR Practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in aviation or service industry preferred
