Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Sales Associate located on-site in Kathmandu. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, promoting the academy’s programs, and driving enrollments. Daily tasks include delivering sales presentations, reaching out to potential customers through calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with the team to meet targets and contribute to the academy’s mission of empowering youth through technology education.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct outreach via phone calls and emails to potential clients
- Basic knowledge of computer science and an interest in technology education
- Time management, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
- Experience in educational sales or technology training programs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
