Job DescriptionOur Client,Shasheela Motors Pvt. Ltd. looking for motivated and result-driven Sales Officers to join our team for our Nepalgunj and Butwal branches. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry and a passion for sales, customer engagement, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electric vehicles to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers
- Stay updated on EV market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales service
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the EV Motors (Electric Vehicle) industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer relationship management ability
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and current market trends
- Target-oriented with a result-driven approach
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to work in Nepalgunj or Butwal branch as assigned
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset
