Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer (B2B) to support business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong B2B relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales execution within assigned territories or industry segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities across assigned markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and business partners
  • Understand client business requirements and offer tailored product/service solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments and maintain healthy receivables as per company policy

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in B2B or corporate sales will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively

Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle (motorbike/scooter) is mandatory.
