1. Academic Roles (English Teachers)

The Mission: Transform complex concepts into relatable, real-life applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Leadership: Plan and deliver high-energy lessons that move beyond the textbook.
• Classroom Innovation: Create an engaging environment where students feel safe to think critically.
• Adaptive Teaching: Tailor approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Mentorship: Support the academic and personal growth of students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• A valid teaching license is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record in Lesson Planning and Classroom Management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

2. Art and Craft Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging lesson plans covering techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpting.
• Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment.
• Organize art exhibitions to showcase student talent to the community.
• Manage classroom art supplies and ensure safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching art to primary or secondary age groups.
• Proficiency in a variety of artistic mediums and techniques.

3. School Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling for social, emotional, and academic guidance.
• Implement school-wide programs promoting mental health and anti-bullying.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers on intervention strategies.
• Act as a first responder for crisis intervention.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Valid counseling certification or license.
• Deep understanding of child protection laws and safeguarding practices.

4. Librarian

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage library resources, including cataloging and digital media organization.
• Assist students with research materials and database navigation.
• Develop reading programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Oversee library management software and budget.

Requirements:

• Degree in Library Science or Information Science.
• Familiarity with standard cataloging systems and library software.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

5. Hospitality & Culinary Roles

F&B Supervisor

• Responsibilities: Supervise daily dining operations, manage staff scheduling, ensure customer satisfaction, and enforce health and safety protocols.
• Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality leadership; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Sous Chef (Continental & Chinese)

• Responsibilities: Lead food preparation, innovate menus for both cuisines, supervise line cooks, and manage inventory/food costs.
• Requirements: Culinary school diploma; deep expertise in both Continental and Chinese cooking methods; leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
