Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for an Educational Counselor. The selected candidate will provide one-on-one counseling to help students identify study programs, universities, and countries that align with their goals. Key responsibilities include assisting students in the application process, providing career counseling, and maintaining communication with institutions and stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring students meet country-specific educational and visa requirements.

To guide students in selecting study destinations and managing the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

● Counsel students on study options, courses, and universities

● Assess academic and financial eligibility

● Guide students through the application, offer, and visa stages

● Maintain counselling records and follow-ups

● Achieve monthly enrolment targets

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)

● Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling students for the respective country.

● Prior education counselling experience preferred

● Strong communication and convincing skills
