Job Summary

Next Education Consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven New Zealand Education Counselor to guide prospective students through the process of studying in New Zealand. The role involves student counseling, university application processing, and visa guidance while maintaining high ethical standards and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date counseling to students regarding study opportunities in New Zealand, including universities, colleges, and courses.
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs based on academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
Assist students with the complete application process, including documentation, SOP guidance, and submission to institutions.
Guide students through the New Zealand student visa process, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with New Zealand universities and partner institutions.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Stay updated on New Zealand education policies, visa regulations, and market trends.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.
Maintain proper documentation and CRM records of student interactions and applications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in education counseling or study abroad consultancy (preferred).
Strong knowledge of New Zealand education system and visa process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
