Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor Degree in management or IT from recognized Institution, preferred Master degree completed
• In depth knowledge of Internet Service provider (ISP) operations, including standards procedures and reporting is essential
• Minimum Three Year experience as regional In-Charge or in Similar position, preferably in the ISP , or Telecommunications Industry.
• Proven Success in sales management and strong operational skills
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and lead cluster level ( multiple branches) sales and growth.
• Monitor regional sales performances and KPIs.
• Ensure that cluster meets sales target and objectives.
• Lead, train and motivate regional sales team
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Lead regional level marketing strategies.
• Conduct regional level research on industry trends, competitive product and pricing.

location - Itahari and Bharatpur
frequent Travel with in the region required
