Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the study abroad industry? We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our B2B initiatives and create meaningful partnerships with study abroad agents and educational consultants.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with education consultants, agents, and institutions
- Generate leads and onboard new channel partners for student recruitment
- Manage existing partners and ensure consistent student pipeline
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions for partners
- Coordinate with internal counseling and admissions teams
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure partner compliance and documentation
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education (B2B sales preferred)
- Strong network of agents / consultants (India or international markets)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on targets and revenue-driven roles
- Good knowledge of countries like UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe
- Willingness to travel for business development
