Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client partnerships, and drive revenue growth for Sparrow SMS.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Represent Sparrow SMS at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the Nepali B2B landscape
  • Motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Valid two-wheeler license
