Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Lalitpur District for a Business Development and Sales Officer. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for lead generation, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and supporting sales operations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, coordination of channel sales, and achieving targets effectively while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications

Proficient in Lead Generation and Customer Service
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing social media platforms, creating content, and engaging with audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in business development or sales roles is preferred
