Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall operations, sales performance, and service delivery of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing team performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence in line with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

->Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals.

->Identify new business opportunities in consultancy and ed-tech services.

->Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and partners.

->Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

->Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff including counselors, sales executives, and support teams.

->Set KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.

->Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

->Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

->Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.

->Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

->Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.

->Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.

->Ensure high-quality counseling and support services for clients.

->Address escalations and resolve customer issues promptly.

->Coordinate with head office, marketing, and academic partners.

->Support marketing campaigns, events, and seminars to generate leads.

->Build partnerships with universities, institutions, and other stakeholders.


Qualifications & Requirements:

->Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

->Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in consultancy, education, or ed-tech sector.

->Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

->Proven track record in sales and team management.

->Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

->Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
