About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant to support our Account Management and Sales teams. In this role, you’ll help manage client communications, maintain pipeline accuracy, and identify opportunities to support client growth.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and eager to grow within account management and client success.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct email follow-ups with clients in early to mid-stage deals
  • Monitor and respond to inbound client emails professionally and promptly
  • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Perform pipeline QA to ensure accurate tracking in HubSpot
  • Maintain records and workflows across CRM tools
  • Collaborate with account managers and sales teams
  • Support cross-functional communication to keep deals moving forward
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Tech & Work Requirements

  • Minimum of Core i5 or Ryzen 5 with at least 8GB RAM
  • 20 Mbps internet connection (LAN) + 10 Mbps backup required
  • Reliable power source and backup setup
