Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Pokhara with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social media campaigns, handle lead generation, and perform web analytics to measure and optimize performance. The position involves coordinating marketing initiatives, tracking campaign outcomes, and contributing to the growth and visibility of client businesses.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and expertise in creating and managing campaigns across platforms
Strong skills in Lead Generation and Marketing, with a proven ability to attract and convert leads
Knowledge of Web Analytics to track, measure, and improve digital performance metrics
Experience in Digital Marketing with an understanding of strategies, tools, and audience engagement
Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote responsibilities
Experience in IT or technology-focused industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
