Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of communication solutions such as Bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp messaging services, while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Present, promote, and sell Bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp messaging solutions to potential and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and relevant documentation
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and successfully close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in telecom or messaging services (Bulk SMS, IVR, WhatsApp API, etc.) is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer handling ability
