Purpose of the Role
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate clients, hospitality partners and institutional accounts. The role focuses on expanding Tranquility Spa’s corporate portfolio through proactive business development, tailored wellness solutions and long-term partnerships.
The position ensures consistent achievement of sales targets, enhances brand presence within the corporate segment, and delivers high-value client experiences aligned with Tranquility Spa’s premium positioning and growth strategy.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and institutional partners.
Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Promote Tranquility Spa’s services, packages, memberships, and wellness programs to corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through consistent client acquisition and revenue generation.
Develop customized corporate packages, wellness programs, and bulk service offerings based on client needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and client retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
Handle client inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and agreements professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship-building activities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Assist in developing and executing corporate sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress through CRM or internal systems.
Coordination & Internal Alignment
Coordinate with operations and spa teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate bookings and partnerships.
Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns, offers, and promotional activities targeting corporate clients.
Ensure proper communication of corporate requirements, bookings, and expectations internally.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Track KPIs including client acquisition, conversion rates, revenue generation, and retention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and sales activities.
Brand Representation & Networking
Represent Tranquility Spa at corporate events, networking sessions, and industry gatherings.
Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the corporate and hospitality sectors.
Develop partnerships that enhance brand value and expand market reach.
Administrative & Compliance Support
Ensure all corporate agreements, contracts, and documentation are properly maintained and compliant with company policies.
Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups for corporate clients.
Adhere to organizational sales policies, pricing structures, and approval processes.
Additional Responsibilities
Support new branch launches, expansion strategies, and corporate tie-ups.
Contribute ideas for new corporate offerings, packages, and revenue streams.
Perform additional duties assigned by management based on business needs.
