About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to support our expansion efforts by identifying and engaging with potential partners. This role involves outreach, relationship-building, and guiding prospects through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in growing our network and ensuring a seamless experience for new partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential partners.
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our offering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Communicate the value of our platform and assist in the onboarding process.
- Track outreach efforts, follow up with leads, and optimise engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
- Go on field visit meet clients for meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and social media.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
- Similarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
- Background in real estate, hospitality, or creative industries.
