Job Description
Motivated and dynamic graduates seeking a position as a Medical Representative in the Healthcare Division to utilize communication skills, build strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Visit and build relationships with doctors and Hospitals.
- Promote and explain medical device products effectively
- Assist in product demonstrations and clinical discussion
- Maintain regular field reports and feedback
- Support product demonstrations and clinical discussions
- Achieve assigned sales and coverage targets
Job Specification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)/B.Sc(Biology)/BPH/MPH/BHCM/MBBS
- Ability to build professional relationships
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical devices
- Presentation and product explanation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel
Training & Experience
- Completed/Ready to undergo 2–4 weeks structured training in product knowledge and fieldwork
- Fresh graduate [prior experience not mandatory]
