Job Summary

A leading HR company is seeking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented professional to drive the sales and business development of HR solutions system within the Kathmandu Valley. The role involves client acquisition, product pitching, professional presentations, and meeting defined sales targets.

Job Description:

  • Promote and sell HR software solutions to corporate clients
  • Lead business development activities, including market outreach and relationship building
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
  • Generate leads, follow up prospects, and convert leads into clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support

Job Specification:

  • Smart, confident, and professional personality
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Good presentation and client-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley
  • Candidate with own vehicle with a valid driving license are preferred
  • Prior experience in software sales, HR solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales will be an advantage

Salary and Benefits:
