Job Description

The Promised Group is hiring for Samoira, our science-backed beauty & personal care brand built for South Asian skin and climate. We’re growing rapidly across retail and partnerships and are looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand our presence in Nepal (and beyond).

What you’ll do

- Onboard pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and distributors

- Build retail relationships and drive sell-through

- Negotiate placements, margins, and in-store visibility

Support collaborations with clinics/derms/influencers

- Track sales performance and share market insights

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years in sales/BD (FMCG/beauty is a plus)

- Strong communication + negotiation skills

- Comfortable with field visits and targets

- Proactive, organized, growth mindset
