Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Manager, based in Kathmandu. The Outbound Manager is responsible for overseeing operations management, coordinating outbound trips, and ensuring smooth logistics. They will manage and guide team activities, develop and implement effective work processes, and meet performance goals. Other responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, optimizing warehouse management systems, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of operational tasks.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and Analytical Skills
Proven expertise in Operations Management and Team Management roles
Experience in Sales and client relationship management
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
