We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in technology services to drive revenue growth and client acquisition. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation, deal closure, and long-term relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand technical solutions and clearly communicate their business value to clients in both local and international markets. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are aligned with scalable technology solutions.
Business Development & Sales
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify opportunities in software development, SaaS, mobile apps, and digital services
- Prospect new clients through outbound efforts, partnerships, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals
- Present solution decks, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Market Research & Strategy
- Research local and international markets for growth opportunities
- Analyze competitors and refine sales positioning
- Provide insights to leadership for revenue planning
Relationship & Account Management
- Build long-term client relationships and explore upselling opportunities
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to delivery teams
- Maintain client confidence during pre-sales and early delivery phases
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and deals
- Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline value
- Prepare regular sales and forecast reports
