Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Dhangadhi, Nepal. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients while ensuring his/her own personal sales targets are also met. Primary responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also identify business opportunities, foster partnerships, and continuously work to enhance the sales process and team performance.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Planning, and Business Development
  • Excellent relationship-building, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Account Management abilities
  • Strong market analysis, forecasting, and financial planning skills
  • Leadership capabilities with experience in team management and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to market changes and drive innovative strategies
  • Previous experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
