Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Partner role located in Kathmandu. The Partner will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, overseeing staff and service quality, ensuring efficient inventory and supply chain management, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Partner will collaborate closely with the team to develop strategies for business growth and profitability, while ensuring a positive work culture and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate staff
- Experience in business operations, strategic planning, and financial management
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to ensure a high-quality dining experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage services, including familiarity with Nepali cuisine and popular fast foods like momos, thukpa, and pizzas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, decision-making, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
- Relevant certification in business management, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
