This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Kathmandu. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks. Day-to-day tasks include operating brewing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, managing supplies, and ensuring a pleasant café experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Barista expertise and knowledge of food preparation methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members
- Excellent customer service aptitude to provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and maintain attention to detail
- Previous barista or food service experience is a plus
