Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the Education Consulting Field then we might have vacancy for you!


Time: 9AM-5PM 

Location: Pokhara Trade Mall,3rd Floor,Chipledhunga Rd


Core Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Welcoming and announcing visitors appropriately at the front desk
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Handle and solve queries and grievances and provide reception support
  • Assist in compilation and arrangement of documents (printing, scanning, preparing pdf file & uploading in the concerned folder)
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings with clients
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative work as needed
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
  • Maintain customer relationship records using CRM
  • Coordinate with other team members for follow-up
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients
  • Collaborate and provide support to fellow team members when required
