Time: 9AM-5PM
Location: Pokhara Trade Mall,3rd Floor,Chipledhunga Rd
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and announcing visitors appropriately at the front desk
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Handle and solve queries and grievances and provide reception support
- Assist in compilation and arrangement of documents (printing, scanning, preparing pdf file & uploading in the concerned folder)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings with clients
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative work as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
- Maintain customer relationship records using CRM
- Coordinate with other team members for follow-up
- Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients
- Collaborate and provide support to fellow team members when required
