Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Assistant Supervisor at Hotel Goodwill located in Kanibahal, Lalitpur. The F&B Assistant Supervisor will assist in overseeing food and beverage operations, which includes Restaurant & Bar, Room service, Banquet and Events, ensuring superior service standards, and maintaining a high-quality dining experience. The responsibilities include supervising staff, managing service schedules, monitoring food service processes, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
Knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service operations
Bar & Barista Skills
Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges
2 or more years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
