Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Solutions &aaS Sales)

Location: Remote (Nepal)

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Working hours: Monday-Friday

Shift: Must be willing and able to work in both night or day shifts as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the IT solutions space.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build consultative client relationships to understand needs and position tailored SaaS/CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and communicate compelling value propositions.
  • Develop partnerships with technology providers to expand market reach.
  • Prepare custom proposals, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Provide market feedback to shape sales strategy and solution offerings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, CRM, or Cloud Software.
  • Willingness and ability to work in both night and day shifts based on client requirements and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles and experience selling technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
