Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and strengthen our brand presence in the education consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and student recruitment, with strong leadership skills to manage the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate student leads and promote services
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Oversee social media management, including content planning, posting, and engagement
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with counseling and sales teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Plan and manage promotional events, seminars, and marketing activities
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives
Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years in marketing, with proven experience in:
    • Lead generation
    • Campaign management
    • Digital marketing
  • Experience in education consultancy/student recruitment is highly preferred
