SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of sales team.
Provide training for the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles.
Conduct weekly, monthly performance evaluations for team members.
Plan for customer outreach both for new sales and farming.
Do an opportunity mapping for customer and plan sales activities accordingly.
Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives in the team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business /Administration (BBA/MBS) with 6 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
