Job Description
We are looking for motivated and result-driven Sales Officers to join our team for our Nepalgunj and Butwal branches. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry and a passion for sales, customer engagement, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell electric vehicles to prospective customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers
Stay updated on EV market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales service
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the EV Motors (Electric Vehicle) industry
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer relationship management ability
Knowledge of electric vehicles and current market trends
Target-oriented with a result-driven approach
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work in Nepalgunj or Butwal branch as assigned
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
Positive attitude and proactive mindset
