Job Description
Role DescriptionChitwan!!!!! We are hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive for our Ultima Lifestyle Outlet at Lions Chowk, Chitwan. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving in-store sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an excellent retail experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying upselling opportunities, supporting local promotions, and coordinating with internal teams to strengthen the outlet’s performance.
This position is strictly for Chitwan residents only.Key Responsibilities- Drive daily sales and meet monthly targets at the Lions Chowk outlet
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers and local clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ultima products
- Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare basic sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for local activations
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, or Retail Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a result-oriented approach
- Basic market understanding of Chitwan and surrounding areas
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in electronics, lifestyle, or retail brands is an added advantage
- Fluency in Nepali and English
