Job Description

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for the internet services in concern Region. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the ISP industry, and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers (corporate, and SMEs) for internet services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:

  • Stay updated on the company’s internet packages, pricing, and promotions.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the services to customers.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales team (RI and Sales manager) to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service installation and customer onboarding..


Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.


Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior in Nepal.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Quality of customer relationships and feedback.
  • Timely submission of reports and documentation.
