About The Role

As a Data Entry Support (1 year contract) you will work with a group of self-sustained people in a fast-paced environment. You will spend your first week in training in a fully supported learning environment. During this time, you will be fully trained in completing all end-to-end processes that are required for the smooth processing of loan applications for our partners in Australia. Your responsibility would be to liaise with the brokers’ support team, and other stakeholders for processing the home loan applications of our Australian clients. You will be required to order and track the valuation for the client’s property as well as complete all data entry tasks as per the business partner's requirement.

Major Deliverables

  • Efficiently input and validate data in CRM software and online platforms.
  • Facilitate property valuation and pricing requests for clients.
  • Coordinate and process home loan applications for partners in Australia.
  • Stay updated with industry changes and compliance requirements.
  • Actively participate in training programs and team discussions.
  • Liaise with brokers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Requirements

We're Looking For:

  • Final-year Bachelor’s students or recent graduates
  • Preferred academic background in Management (with a focus on Finance being a plus)
  • Prior experience in data entry, or any internship/volunteering experience in a structured environment is highly valued
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with sharp attention to detail
  • A solution-oriented mindset – you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with a small, supportive team, so the ability to work independently is key
  • Resilience and consistency – challenges may come, but we value those who bounce back stronger and stay committed
  • Excellent time management skills and a solid foundation of strong work ethics

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break
