Job Description

To provide end-to-end client support and relationship management after the sale of Kumari Job, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and renewal through efficient execution, tracking, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients.
  2. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and support.
  3. Work with the Business Development and marketing teams to ensure Meta Ads/social media reach is executed per plan timelines.
  4. Handle product/service complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to provide timely resolutions.
  5. Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics and proactively send client performance reports.
  6. Maintain accurate records of interactions, escalations, and feedbacks.
  7. Collect and relay insights to the sales/business development and product teams for service improvement.
  8. Ensure all after-sales activities comply with company policies and service standards.
  9. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements in processes or services.
  10. Provide periodic reports and performance metrics related to after-sales activities.
Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in after-sales or client servicing.

OR

  1. Master’s Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali.
  2. Good understanding of digital platforms, job portals, and recruitment service delivery.
  3. Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  4. Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  5. Familiarity with ATS, Meta ad campaigns, and resume search tools is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently while coordinating across departments.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Prior work in a job portal, HR tech, staffing firm, or digital client servicing role.
