Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate contracts efficiently.
- Develop and customize tour products tailored to specific market segments.
- Swiftly create bespoke travel packages.
- Independently manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tours.
- Lead and oversee team management and operations effectively.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in inbound or outbound correspondence and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with relevant experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
- Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Maintains a positive and proactive attitude.
- Punctual, systematic, and highly organized with a strong sense of time management.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all work-related responsibilities.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of various destinations, including Tibet, Bhutan, India, and others.
