Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism.
· Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
· Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming.
· Perform administrative tasks like data entry and document filing.
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
· Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in social media and the education industry.
· Promote Guru across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
· Address customer concerns, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing).
· Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
· Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok) and basic Excel.
· Ability to manage customer inquiries, appointments, and track social media interactions.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities.
· Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
