Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kathmandu. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include following up with potential and existing clients, developing and executing sales strategies, training team members, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of tours and activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Sales Management skills and experience in training team members
- Proficiency in English and other local languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the adventure tourism industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
