As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. You'll be tasked with understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/ services. with a keen understanding of sales techniques and strategies, you'll actively prospect for leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate terms to secure the deals.


Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present our products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
