Location: HQ - Bharatpur: Out Station - Pokhara, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Palpa, Birgunj, Hetauda, Janakpur

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lab Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling laboratory equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, research institutions, and other healthcare facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams while consistently meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and laboratory sectors.

o Promote and sell laboratory equipment, including diagnostic and analytical instruments.

o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Client and Stakeholder Communication:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with lab in-charges, pathologists, and other key decision-makers.

o Effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications to healthcare professionals.

o Collaborate with distributors to expand market reach and ensure smooth product delivery.

• Daily Reporting and Market Analysis:

o Document and report daily sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

o Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

o Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analyses, and customer insights to management.

• Technical Support and Consultation:

o Provide technical information and demonstrations to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely product installation and after-sales service.

o Offer training and guidance to clients on product usage and applications.

• Professional Development:

o Stay updated on industry advancements, product innovations, and emerging technologies.

o Demonstrate a willingness to continuously upgrade personal skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience:

o Minimum 1 year of experience in medical or laboratory equipment sales.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling distributors.

• Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with lab professionals and pathologists.

o Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

o Ability to manage distributors and coordinate effectively across teams.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and diagnostic devices.

• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
