Job Description
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques based on the problem domain and data characteristics.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models to achieve desired performance metrics.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications or workflows.
- Document and present technical findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of our AI/ML infrastructure and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., Regression, Classification, Clustering, Deep learning).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines.
- Experience with deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI/ML and its potential to solve real-world problems.
