Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Handle direct and indirect taxation (VAT, TDS, income tax filings, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Provide financial advice to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Job Specification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3–4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
