AI Tool Expert

An AI Tools Expert identifies, implements, and optimizes AI-powered tools to improve business operations, productivity, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and implement the latest AI tools and platforms.
• Train employees on effective use of AI applications.
• Automate repetitive business processes using AI.
• Create AI-powered workflows for content creation, customer support, data analysis, and reporting.
• Integrate AI tools with existing software and business systems.
• Monitor AI trends and recommend new solutions.
• Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
• Develop prompts and workflows to maximize AI performance.

• Strong knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, and Runway.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (Notion AI, Canva AI, Zapier AI, Make, etc.).
• Prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Basic understanding of APIs and AI integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience working with AI tools, automation, or digital transformation.
• Certifications in AI or automation are an advantage.
