We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage taxation, prepare financial reports, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and auditing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
Handle GST/VAT, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
Develop and maintain internal financial controls and risk management processes.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost optimization and profitability.
Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic financial initiatives.
Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reconciliations.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
3–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards/IFRS/NFRS (as applicable), taxation, and auditing.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
