We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG industry and a proven track record of driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage audits, internal controls, and financial risk management.
Oversee treasury, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Job Specification
Requirements
CA, ACCA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with significant experience in the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, budgeting, auditing, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools is preferred.
