Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the Kathmandu market is a plus
