Production Supervisor (Cooker Manufacturing)

We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process of cookers. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, improving efficiency, and supervising the shop floor team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations in the cooker manufacturing unit
• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
• Monitor assembly, fabrication, and finishing processes
• Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines
• Manage manpower, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Maintain production reports and documentation
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace regulations

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (metal, assembly, fabrication preferred)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards
• Ability to handle production planning and reporting
• Good communication skills
