  • Schedule site visits and meetings for sales agents
  • Maintain and update CRM data regularly (lead status, follow-ups, notes)
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and push toward conversion
  • Clearly explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling
  • Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking
