Job Description

Innovative Infinity IT Solution is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to drive business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong distribution networks, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop, expand, and manage distributor and retailer networks
Increase market penetration and enhance product visibility
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance

Job Specification

Proven experience in sales; FMCG sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage field sales operations
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior

Additional Requirement (For ASM Role)

Prior experience in team handling and leadership
Ability to guide, motivate, and monitor sales team performance
