Job Description
The National Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the overall sales strategy across the country. This role requires strong leadership, channel management expertise, and deep understanding of the cosmetic/beauty market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive national sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage regional sales teams
- Expand distribution across GT, MT, and E-commerce channels
- Manage key accounts and distributor relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and support product launches
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and reporting
